About me

My name is Daniel Russ, I am from Wiesendangen in the Kanton Zurich in Switzerland .

I have been living here in Chile since the year 2003.
Right now I am living in La Serena, in the IV Region, where I was trapped during a motocycle tour from Ushuia to Alaska.

The name of the -beautiful- "trap" is Judith, now my wife, a Chilean woman from La Serena. We came to know each other in Bariloche / Argentina where she was on vacation.
I never made it to Alaska.
After I had visited her in La Serena I travelled further on to Bolivia and Peru - but there I decided to go back to La Serena (and to her..).

Since May 2004 I am working with tourism. If I am not travelling with clients I am maintaining my vehicle and my motorbike (the latter of which is also my hobby).
If I am free, I go jogging from time to time or enjoy the sea which is just around the corner here.

I came to know all the area through my wife Judith. We made lots of excursions and trips, and so now I know a lot about the nature, the history, the people. This knowledge I can now transfer to my clients.
